Gelato may use independent production partners and delivery providers.

7. CUSTOMER CONTRACT
The customer's purchase contract is with Teddyshirt.
The use of Gelato or another third-party provider does not make that provider the customer's seller or contracting party.
Teddyshirt may enter into separate contracts with manufacturers or fulfilment providers to satisfy its obligations to customers.
Those separate arrangements do not change the customer's contractual relationship with Teddyshirt.
8. CUSTOMER CONTENT
Where customers submit photographs, artwork, text, logos or other materials for production, customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions.
Teddyshirt may refuse content where reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect third-party rights.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, Teddyshirt owns or has permission to use intellectual property displayed on the website.
