We operate this store to provide custom products made to order. Once you purchase and complete payment, we send your order details directly to our printing and manufacturing partners to produce the product exclusively for you. We do not hold ready stock, and every product begins production immediately after your order is confirmed. Production and shipping typically take 3 to 7 business days depending on the product and destination.
Information we collect: your name, address, phone number, email, payment information, order details, and products you browse. We collect this directly from you when you place an order or automatically via cookies when you browse the site.
We use your information to process and ship your orders, communicate with you about your orders, and send marketing messages if you consent. We share your information with Shopify for store hosting, with our printing and manufacturing partners to fulfill your order, with shipping companies to deliver your order, and with payment providers to process transactions.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only within the first 24 hours of order confirmation and payment completion. Once 24 hours have passed, production begins immediately and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded because the product is made exclusively for you and cannot be resold. There are no returns after receiving the product due to the custom nature of our products.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will reproduce and reship it to you free of charge or issue a refund at your preference.
Exceptions
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. There are no returns for custom or personalized products. No refunds for sale items or gift cards.
